I can see the server files but no instructions how to correctly setup the server, any guide I'm missing ?

Are you trying to set up your own Windows or Linux server off the steam dedicated server repo? The quickest way to get set up is to rent a server with gportal or nitrado. There's a link the top right corner of our website.
I'll paste a doc with most of the server configuration params and ask laura to make a sticky post with these details cleaned up:
